Hutchison Port Holdings Limited (HPH), trading as Hutchison Ports, is a private holding company registered in the British Virgin Islands and headquartered in Hong Kong. It is a subsidiary of CK Hutchison Holdings, formerly known as Hutchison Whampoa. Part of the assets of the BVI holding were listed in Singapore Exchange as Hutchison Port Holdings Trust.
In 2005, HPH was the largest port operator globally, with 8.3% of world market share. In 2016, it rebranded its network under the name of Hutchison Ports. At the moment the port network includes 51 operating facilities in 26 countries of Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia, North and South America and Australasia.
